Pasture to Plate Mtl is a short docuseries exploring organic, small-scale farming practices with Canadian beef farmer Meagan Patch. In the first episode, Meagan explains how her cattle are raised and processed, elaborating on the difficulties small-scale farming. The second episode is an instructional cooking segment, where local chef Rebecca Lavery crafts shepherd’s pie with Meagan’s produce. In the third episode, we sit down with Meagan and Rebecca as they discuss the challenges and future of Canadian farming.
